Dear Swim School Families,

As winter fades and the first signs of spring begin to bloom, we welcome a season of growth, renewed energy, and fresh beginnings. Just as flowers begin to blossom, our swimmers continue to grow in confidence, strength, and skill with every lesson.

This spring is especially meaningful for us as Irena’s Swim School celebrates an incredible 30 years of teaching water confidence and swimming excellence! For three decades, we have had the privilege of being part of thousands of swimming journeys, watching nervous beginners become confident swimmers and creating memories with generations of families. We are deeply grateful for the trust and support of our swimming community throughout these years.

🎉 Celebrate 30 Years of Irena’s Swim School with Us! 🎉

As part of Irena’s Swim School’s 30th Birthday Celebration, we are delighted to offer one FREE swimming lesson to everyone who would like to experience our swimming family and see what makes our school so special.

Whether you are a beginner, returning swimmer, or simply curious about our program, everyone is welcome!

📌 RSVP is essential as spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you in the pool!

“Thirty years of teaching, inspiring, and creating confident swimmers. Thank you for being part of our journey.” 💙

📢 Please take note: The swim school will be closed on Thursday, 24 September 2026, in observance of Heritage Day. Lessons will resume as normal thereafter.

Please take note that when we have lightning and/or thunder, we must stop the lessons for everyone’s safety. Our drill is set out in the Contract, so we won’t repeat it again here. We do not cancel a whole session, because sometimes a storm passes over quickly, and we are able to resume after only missing a couple of lessons or so. Other times it can be several hours before we can get back in the water again. We have no way of knowing what the progress will be, but when we resume, we will include those swimmers who have been kept waiting, up until normal closing time for the day. You’re welcome to contact us should you require further clarity.

As part of our 30th birthday celebrations, we look forward to sharing this special milestone with all our swimming families who have helped make our journey possible.

Warm regards,

Irene and Noreen
