1 June 2026
Dear Swim School Families,
As we move into the colder winter months, we would like to encourage all our swimmers to continue attending lessons regularly. Swimming throughout winter plays an important role in building strength, maintaining progress, and boosting immunity — consistency is key to confident and capable swimmers all year round.
Please also take note that Tuesday, 16 June 2026 is Youth Day, a public holiday. Lessons scheduled for this day will not take place. Kindly ensure you plan accordingly.
We will also be closed from Monday the 6th of July 2026 until and including Saturday, the 11th of July 2026 for our maintenance and repair week
Don’t let the cold keep you from making a splash!
Weekday Lessons R965 for 6 lessons
Saturday Lessons R1,195 for 6 lessons
Returning swimmers special No reactivation fee required for swimmers coming back during the winter months!
Why winter swimming is important: • Maintains and improves swimming skills – no setbacks when summer returns • Builds strength, endurance, and confidence • Helps children stay comfortable in the water year-round • Keeps progress consistent for faster advancement
Secure your spot and keep the progress going this winter!
In addition, our annual swimming fee increase will take effect from 1 July 2026. In light of the continued rise in electricity costs, we have made every effort to keep this year’s increase to approximately 5.5%. We appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us maintain the quality of our facilities and lessons.

We encourage all swimmers to stay committed during winter — every lesson attended is another step towards confidence, safety, and success in the water.
Wishing you and your families a warm, healthy winter season.
Warm regards,
Irene and Noreen
