Dear Parents and Swimmers,
In light of President Ramaposa’s Urgent broadcast yesterday evening, we would like to confirm that our school remains open for swimming.
We are taking the necessary precautions and kindly request you as parents to do the same.
We therefore request that you wash your and your family hands when you are entering and leaving our premise’s.
I have read an article whereby the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention says there is “no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs”
In fact, CDC officials say “property operation, maintenance and disinfection of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
So, lets work together to contain the virus!
